Wireshark 4.6.6 Also Updates the Capture Driver

The fix path here is broader than the Wireshark app itself. On Windows, the bundled Npcap capture driver is part of the remediation, so updating only the analyzer can leave part of the stack behind.

Wireshark 4.6.6 fixes one vulnerability and 11 bugs. The Windows installer also updates Npcap to 1.88, which makes the capture layer part of the release and not just an optional dependency.

For teams that rely on packet capture, that means remediation needs to include both components on Windows. The useful reading is simple: the analyzer update and the driver update travel together.
