European Commission cloud breach: 350GB claimed stolen from Europa sites

The European Commission discovered a March 24 breach of cloud infrastructure hosting Europa.eu and says it contained the incident. ShinyHunters claims roughly 350GB of data — mail servers, databases, confidential documents — was exfiltrated and has posted samples. The Commission says its internal systems were not affected and that services remained available while investigators and external experts assess the scope and notify affected Union entities.
