Chrome Rollup Fixes 370 Bugs Across Core Subsystems
Chrome 151 is a broad stability-and-security reset, not a single-flaw fix. The real issue is how many memory-safety and validation bugs still sit across the browser’s rendering, graphics, and engine code, so an unpatched desktop keeps a wide client-side attack surface open at once.
Google says Chrome 151 fixes 370 vulnerabilities, including seven critical issues and 71 high-severity bugs. The update is rolling out as 151.0.7922.71/.72 for Windows and macOS, and 151.0.7922.71 for Linux. Thirty of the fixes affect ANGLE, the graphics backend Chrome uses for rendering.
