Corte UE: banche devono rimborsare subito vittime di phishing

L'Avvocato Generale della CJEU ha raccomandato che le banche rimborsino immediatamente pagamenti non autorizzati causati da phishing. La PSD2 imporrebbe il rimborso salvo che la banca abbia ragionevoli motivi di sospettare frode del cliente.
