Il problema non è l’AI come etichetta. È farla diventare un layer operativo condiviso per governo e infrastrutture critiche senza rompere i confini di fiducia che oggi tengono separati telemetria, accessi e decisioni automatiche. Se un sistema deve agire a machine speed, il punto debole diventa chi può vedere cosa e chi può autorizzare il software a intervenire.
NCSC e DSIT hanno pubblicato il blueprint di Cyber Shield, una capacità sovrana e nazionale basata su agentic AI per identificare, ridurre e risolvere il rischio cyber su rete governative e CNI. Il piano prevede collaborazione con frontier lab, operatori di infrastrutture critiche, academia e settore cyber, con un modello di agenti “red” e “blue” e un rilascio a fasi: test, iterazione e scaling.
La posta in gioco è il passaggio da difese isolate a un sistema che funziona solo se i dati fluiscono e le azioni automatizzate vengono delegate con controllo. Per chi già usa shared telemetry, SIEM/SOAR o servizi di detection gestita tra più organizzazioni, il vero tema è lo stesso, ma su scala nazionale: integrazione e governance prima della tecnologia.
