La FCC ha vietato le nuove importazioni di questi dispositivi se prodotti all’estero, citando rischi di cybersecurity, sorveglianza e supply chain. Il provvedimento colpisce soprattutto la Cina, che domina il mercato dei robot umanoidi e degli inverter; gli impianti già in uso restano fuori dal divieto, ma i nuovi ordini possono subire ritardi, cambi di fornitore e rincari.
Per integratori, vendor e acquirenti infrastrutturali, il rischio immediato è una frattura nel sourcing: meno scelta, più dipendenza da fornitori alternativi e una revisione rapida delle pipeline di approvvigionamento per robotica, energia rinnovabile e data center.
